Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns – Israel

• You may return or exchange any item within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

• Returns can be made in one of the following ways:
1. In-store return:

Drop off the item at our boutique:

144 Herzl St., Tel Aviv.

2. Courier pickup: Contact us to schedule a return pickup from your address – a 30 NIS return fee applies.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
• Please include your order number and any relevant details when contacting us.

Refund Requests
• If you would like a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Approved refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method, minus:
• The original and return shipping costs.
• A processing fee of 5% of the order value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

International Returns
• You may return or exchange items within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Return Options:
• You may ship the item back to us independently or request a prepaid return label- return shipping via our courier costs $30.
• Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Pack items in a sealed, protective bag to avoid damage in transit.
• If you return independently, please notify us in advance and provide a tracking number. Responsibility for the shipment remains with the sender until it is received by us.

Important Notes
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Refunds may take time depending on your bank or card provider.
